NOTHIS IS A SCAM THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I ordered my vinyl in November 2023 and have not received a single order confirmation that it's in the making or that it has shipped. I also paid for faster shipping and processing.. such a waste of money. PS: I also see that other "people" are rating this company as a 5 star, however, these are fake reviews, do not be fooled. Take your money somewhere else!!

USI placed my order in NOVEMBER I placed my order in NOVEMBER. Customer Support has been next to non existent. When searching order number on their site it says order can’t be found. Last update was that label was made so i wasn’t given the option to upgrade my shipping yet here we are another week passed and still hasn’t shipped?? why have a label made if the product isn’t even ready to ship?? I paid for express processing. waste of money considering it didn’t speed it up AT ALL. no one is even responding anymore. pretty sure this is 100% a SCAM. Safe to say i’m extremely disappointed and will be filing a chargeback.

USExtremely disappointed and received no help I ordered my custom vinyl on December 3. I also paid for the expedited processing and shipping. Well guess what? It’s December 22 and I have not received any update on my order. I have tried contacting them several times and I keep getting generic responses this was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift, which I am certain will not be here now. Their website does say during the holidays processing can take up to 25 days it does not specify that this applies to the expedited processing that I paid extra for. Also it says on the website that the 25 days is highly unlikely. I am extremely disappointed.

CAHorrendous customer service If I could rate this negatively I would. Scroll through their social media and complaints on the BBB. This company will ignore your questions and e-mails regarding your purchase and refuse to process a refund should you package go "missing" which happens frequently with them.
