GBRips you off with priority processing and express shipping! Took over a month and that was with paying for priority processing and express shipping. Updates were vague and of no help. When it finally arrived 3 days after Christmas I noticed it was shipped UPS ground! That is not express shipping. Had it truly been shipped express like I paid for it probably would have arrived on time. Also took over a month, is that priority processing because they quote that time for regular orders. This company lacks integrity. They promise faster processing and shipping then don't deliver but take your money for it. They state 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not satisfied.

GBVinyl Awesomeness!!! Just the experience from start to fininsh was more than anyone could have hoped for. In this day and age where it seems customer service has really deteriorated greatly, this company proved there is hope in outreach and in quality product creation and productivity.

GBI placed my order in NOVEMBER I placed my order in NOVEMBER. Customer Support has been next to non existent. When searching order number on their site it says order can’t be found. Last update was that label was made so i wasn’t given the option to upgrade my shipping yet here we are another week passed and still hasn’t shipped?? why have a label made if the product isn’t even ready to ship?? I paid for express processing. waste of money considering it didn’t speed it up AT ALL. no one is even responding anymore. pretty sure this is 100% a SCAM. Safe to say i’m extremely disappointed and will be filing a chargeback.

GBExtremely disappointed and received no help I ordered my custom vinyl on December 3. I also paid for the expedited processing and shipping. Well guess what? It’s December 22 and I have not received any update on my order. I have tried contacting them several times and I keep getting generic responses this was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift, which I am certain will not be here now. Their website does say during the holidays processing can take up to 25 days it does not specify that this applies to the expedited processing that I paid extra for. Also it says on the website that the 25 days is highly unlikely. I am extremely disappointed.

GBGreat!!! Great customer service They reached out to confirm two of the songs i asked them to put on there for me. The quality was as great as you can get when playing music on a record. The sleeve came out perfect. Nothing bad to say totally recommend buying it’s worth the price.
