I would give them 0 stars if possible I would give them 0 stars if possible. I should have known something was off when I got a higher quote than any other legitimate place. Got an email that my return was rejected due to water damage. The book was in good used condition when it left my house and most definitely did not have water damage. Then they want to charge me to have it returned to me. Unreal. Wish I would have gone with the reputable buy back resources and taken the lesser money right from the start.

Very helpful and great customer service I had a great experience with Go Textbooks. I received the quoted price for my books. I was a bit confused on the sale so I sent an e-mail to the customer service department for help. They got back to me right away and answered my questions thoroughly.
