Don't sell unless book is PERFECT Sent a near perfect book (no writing, a few wrinkled pages.) Chose "used" for the condition because of the wrinkled pages when getting a quote. Was quoted $25+. Got an email saying they received it and I would be getting $0. No mention of them sending it back or why it was rejected. Sent an email to customer service but I have little hope. PROBABLY A SCAM. Update: I immediately filed a report with BBB which I suspect is the only reason they got back to me. Have emailed me pictures of my book (although I already knew the damage it had- that's why I chose "used" as the category when the process started). Have promised to ship it back to me at their expense. Will be waiting. Apparently unless your book is PERFECT, no matter what condition category you choose, they will "reject" it, give you $0, then keep it and resell it anyway. Beware. Update: Shipped it back to me FILTHY and with a 3 x 8 inch label on it that I can't remove without damaging. Therefore basically eliminating any chance I have of reselling. Bull***t company.

GoTextbooks Scammer Co. If this site allowed photos I would show how little it takes for them to reject a book. I sent law texts to them IN PERFECT CONDITION. Michael responded that they were unacceptable, when I asked why they responded next day with the most hilarious photo of the corner of the text, slightly upturned like it became damp in the mail, and said that was the reason they couldn't resell. Sending your texts to this company will literally cost you money in the long run because then you have to send them BACK.

What is going on over there??????? Sent out my college textbooks because I am broke and need the money. Tracking number confirms delivery on 9/9. I email support today that I have heard no correspondence since my books were delivered. They email me back saying they’ll get back to me within 7 business days. What the hell is that? I want my money!!!!! Will go to better business bureau if I am not issued my refund asap!!!!!!!!!! EDIT TO ANSWER REPLY******your company should be emailing the customer when you receive their shipment like any good company would do! As long as I get my refund in 7-10 days like I was promised today, I will rewrite my review! Melissa was super helpful!!!
