No Book, No Email, Needed Refund No confirmation email after order on 4th of April submitted via the Greener Books website. None of the 3 books ordered were received. On messaging they claimed an order confirmation email had been sent (none received even in my junk mail). They also stated that the parcel could not be located on their end and that it should have been received by now. The actual replies when contacting customer services were prompt and the refund was too so 2 stars rather than 1. I have concerns though that the company is linked to BritBooks (the refund came via them) which concerns me as I had similar issues with BritBooks. A search online seems to suggest the owners are similar between these two companies as well. Overall I wouldn't buy from their website if you want to receive a book.

Book not delivered Ordered a book from this company, which still hadn't arrived three weeks later. Company promised to dispatch a replacement, which a further three weeks later also hadn't arrived. They did not give tracking information for either book. When I enquired again, I was told that they did "not have another copy to send" - it's not clear that they ever had the book they were claiming to be able to sell. The fact that I had to explicitly chase them for a refund speaks poorly of them.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. My book was delayed being delivered - but this was due to Post Office strikes, not the fault of this company. Immediate, professional responses. Book in excellent condition. I'm really surprised at some of the reviews, as I consider this some of the best customer service I've had in a long time - it's getting rarer than hens' teeth! Would happily use & recommend Greener Books.

Extremely impressed - excellent service Just received a pre-owned book from this great company. It arrived promptly and was in better condition than I expected. Considering it was a large and heavy book - and was very reasonably priced - I really don’t know how they can supply them post free. Extremely impressed, and will definitely use again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered book 4th March 2024 still not arrived and it's 24th April 2024. Ordered through Abebooks (wish i'd read their reviews before purchasing) both businesses/companies are a complete sham. If you actually want to receive a book you pay for go elsewhere. DO NOT USE ABEBOOKS AND DO NOT USE GREENER BOOKS EITHER. I will be reporting both of them to trading standards.
