GBDO NOT BUY FROM GREENER BOOKS!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GREENER BOOKS!!!!!!! Ordered a book from Greener Books Ltd through ABE Books. Not delivered. No response to my complaint. Seems to be standard practice for them reading emails below. In process of reporting to relevant authorities.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. My book was delayed being delivered - but this was due to Post Office strikes, not the fault of this company. Immediate, professional responses. Book in excellent condition. I'm really surprised at some of the reviews, as I consider this some of the best customer service I've had in a long time - it's getting rarer than hens' teeth! Would happily use & recommend Greener Books.

GBOutstanding customer service I inadvertently missed half my address off when placing my order 🙄 I emailed Greener books and they immediately confirmed they had had added the missing address details. My book arrived, in perfect condition, and very quickly with the correct address hand written with the amendments on the envelope. Five star customer service! Happy customer 😊

GBBook not delivered Ordered a book from this company, which still hadn't arrived three weeks later. Company promised to dispatch a replacement, which a further three weeks later also hadn't arrived. They did not give tracking information for either book. When I enquired again, I was told that they did "not have another copy to send" - it's not clear that they ever had the book they were claiming to be able to sell. The fact that I had to explicitly chase them for a refund speaks poorly of them.

GBGood Customer Service I ordered a book from Greenerbooks and unfortunately it didn't arrive. However as soon as I emailed them to mention this Tina responded immediately the next working day and gave me a full refund & apology. They've also said I can keep the book if it does get delivered. Very good customer service.
