GBNo Book, No Email, Needed Refund No confirmation email after order on 4th of April submitted via the Greener Books website. None of the 3 books ordered were received. On messaging they claimed an order confirmation email had been sent (none received even in my junk mail). They also stated that the parcel could not be located on their end and that it should have been received by now. The actual replies when contacting customer services were prompt and the refund was too so 2 stars rather than 1. I have concerns though that the company is linked to BritBooks (the refund came via them) which concerns me as I had similar issues with BritBooks. A search online seems to suggest the owners are similar between these two companies as well. Overall I wouldn't buy from their website if you want to receive a book.

GBIt said'good condition' but my book… It said'good condition' but my book arrived completely dog-eared and well worn! I am cross because I treat books with respect and expected the description to be HONEST not dishonest! If its dog- eared, then say so!! I didnt expect immaculate, but I expected better for the price. Next time I will NOT use this site. I buy and use lots of children's books, so am very disappointed.

GBThe worst experience ever The worst experience ever I have ordered a dictionary for my daughter, I didn’t receive it and when emailed them I got a reply saying this order didn’t placed through our system and when sent the confirmation email they reply later we refunded you but I didn’t get anything into my bank account It ended up by ignoring my email. I am really disappointed.

GBBook in beyond shocking condition. Book was described as “used”, some wear and tear was expected. This book was scribbled in, sentences underlined and in general shocking condition. It was all done with a pen, so not even the option to erase someone else’s thoughts about the book. UNREADABLE, how dare they even ask for money. Had they mentioned its condition I would have had a choice. If only there was a minus star option; avoid these people at all cost!

GBOutstanding customer service I inadvertently missed half my address off when placing my order 🙄 I emailed Greener books and they immediately confirmed they had had added the missing address details. My book arrived, in perfect condition, and very quickly with the correct address hand written with the amendments on the envelope. Five star customer service! Happy customer 😊
