Do not order from this company I ordered a book which has got lost in the post with no tracking information. There’s nothing I can do to chase the order. Greener books are refusing to replace or refund (it’s now been 10 days) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Very annoyed First time of using Greener Books and it will be the last, Ordered my book on 21 December 2023 and I am still waiting for it to arrive and its now 13th January 2024. I am very angry. Suggest anyone ordering books should avoid this Company.

No Book, No Email, Needed Refund No confirmation email after order on 4th of April submitted via the Greener Books website. None of the 3 books ordered were received. On messaging they claimed an order confirmation email had been sent (none received even in my junk mail). They also stated that the parcel could not be located on their end and that it should have been received by now. The actual replies when contacting customer services were prompt and the refund was too so 2 stars rather than 1. I have concerns though that the company is linked to BritBooks (the refund came via them) which concerns me as I had similar issues with BritBooks. A search online seems to suggest the owners are similar between these two companies as well. Overall I wouldn't buy from their website if you want to receive a book.

BEWARE BEWARE Avoid this company! The book I received was in very poor condition, not at all as described. When I wrote to them asking to exchange for a better copy they wrote back saying they had refunded my order. However I never received a refund. When I contacted them, always the same reply « order refunded » but not a penny had been refunded in my bank account. I wonder if they say that hoping people don’t actually check their accounts. That way they have sent a book in bad condition and then pretended to refund when they actually haven’t. Really unhappy with the experience!

Nervous at first due to negative reviews, but pleasantly surprised I almost cancelled my order via Biblio given all the negative reviews for both Biblio and Greener Books, but I've had an excellent experience with both. After reading on the Greener Books page on AbeBooks that sometimes heavier books require extra payment for postage, I got worried and emailed both Biblio and Greener Books querying this. They advised me that my book had been shipped with no extra payment needed. Communication was great throughout and I felt confident in my purchase. When I received my book, I was delighted to find it in very good condition. It was described as "good" which concerned me, but again both sites put my worry to rest. I would highly recommend them based from my experience.
