Book in beyond shocking condition. Book was described as “used”, some wear and tear was expected. This book was scribbled in, sentences underlined and in general shocking condition. It was all done with a pen, so not even the option to erase someone else’s thoughts about the book. UNREADABLE, how dare they even ask for money. Had they mentioned its condition I would have had a choice. If only there was a minus star option; avoid these people at all cost!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered book 4th March 2024 still not arrived and it's 24th April 2024. Ordered through Abebooks (wish i'd read their reviews before purchasing) both businesses/companies are a complete sham. If you actually want to receive a book you pay for go elsewhere. DO NOT USE ABEBOOKS AND DO NOT USE GREENER BOOKS EITHER. I will be reporting both of them to trading standards.

Unimpressive Ordered an out of print book from this company. It did not arrive after a reasonable time. Was told a replacement would be sent immediately. Also did not arrive. Although I have been given a refund, I shall be avoiding them in future. One book not arriving is understandable, the second time it makes you wonder if the book was ever posted or even if n stock.

Good Customer Service I ordered a book from Greenerbooks and unfortunately it didn't arrive. However as soon as I emailed them to mention this Tina responded immediately the next working day and gave me a full refund & apology. They've also said I can keep the book if it does get delivered. Very good customer service.

It said'good condition' but my book… It said'good condition' but my book arrived completely dog-eared and well worn! I am cross because I treat books with respect and expected the description to be HONEST not dishonest! If its dog- eared, then say so!! I didnt expect immaculate, but I expected better for the price. Next time I will NOT use this site. I buy and use lots of children's books, so am very disappointed.
