GBBEWARE BEWARE Avoid this company! The book I received was in very poor condition, not at all as described. When I wrote to them asking to exchange for a better copy they wrote back saying they had refunded my order. However I never received a refund. When I contacted them, always the same reply « order refunded » but not a penny had been refunded in my bank account. I wonder if they say that hoping people don’t actually check their accounts. That way they have sent a book in bad condition and then pretended to refund when they actually haven’t. Really unhappy with the experience!

GBNervous at first due to negative reviews, but pleasantly surprised I almost cancelled my order via Biblio given all the negative reviews for both Biblio and Greener Books, but I've had an excellent experience with both. After reading on the Greener Books page on AbeBooks that sometimes heavier books require extra payment for postage, I got worried and emailed both Biblio and Greener Books querying this. They advised me that my book had been shipped with no extra payment needed. Communication was great throughout and I felt confident in my purchase. When I received my book, I was delighted to find it in very good condition. It was described as "good" which concerned me, but again both sites put my worry to rest. I would highly recommend them based from my experience.

Unfortunately I have to let you know how disappointed with the condition of the book as I was so looking forward to reading it. Waited patiently as also so late from the original delivery date from you😞The book’s in a poor grubby condition & I can’t enjoy reading it. I understand it’s 2nd hand & never had such a poor service.

GBGood Customer Service I ordered a book from Greenerbooks and unfortunately it didn't arrive. However as soon as I emailed them to mention this Tina responded immediately the next working day and gave me a full refund & apology. They've also said I can keep the book if it does get delivered. Very good customer service.

GBVery annoyed First time of using Greener Books and it will be the last, Ordered my book on 21 December 2023 and I am still waiting for it to arrive and its now 13th January 2024. I am very angry. Suggest anyone ordering books should avoid this Company.
