GBDo not order from this company I ordered a book which has got lost in the post with no tracking information. There’s nothing I can do to chase the order. Greener books are refusing to replace or refund (it’s now been 10 days) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

GBGreat customer service. This company has excellent customer service. I ordered a book which had stains inside it even though it was described as being in good condition. I let them know and sent photos, and they immediately refunded me in full. There was no hassle. They normally send books in the condition they describe, but this on somehow was missed, but they immediatly rectified it. Thank you Greener Books!

GBGood Customer Service I ordered a book from Greenerbooks and unfortunately it didn't arrive. However as soon as I emailed them to mention this Tina responded immediately the next working day and gave me a full refund & apology. They've also said I can keep the book if it does get delivered. Very good customer service.

GBBEWARE BEWARE Avoid this company! The book I received was in very poor condition, not at all as described. When I wrote to them asking to exchange for a better copy they wrote back saying they had refunded my order. However I never received a refund. When I contacted them, always the same reply « order refunded » but not a penny had been refunded in my bank account. I wonder if they say that hoping people don’t actually check their accounts. That way they have sent a book in bad condition and then pretended to refund when they actually haven’t. Really unhappy with the experience!

GBVery annoyed First time of using Greener Books and it will be the last, Ordered my book on 21 December 2023 and I am still waiting for it to arrive and its now 13th January 2024. I am very angry. Suggest anyone ordering books should avoid this Company.
