What a great self-assembly pergola kit… What a great self-assembly pergola kit we received from them. We ordered a complete set and it only took us 6 hours to install it at our home. We will definitely shop with them again for polycarbonate as we need a small greenhouse at the back.

Excellent supply and delivery… Excellent supply and delivery experience from TG Supplies in March 2023. 3 separate orders and deliveries for a self build Pergola comprising planed treated timber, Roofing bars and polycarbonate sheets cut to size. Quality of timber great, all parts to order correct and sheets cut just as we had measured them. All in all brilliant and would use and order from this company again. Thank you

Avoid at all cost's I ordered polycarbonate and trimmings, for well over £800. Before I placed the order they couldn't be more accommodation and said 'it will be with you in 3-5 days' I made it clear I had a carpenter booked. After the order was paid, the service was shocking and just dropped away. It was very long waiting times for delivery (3weeks) lack of customer service/care and lax response (telephone and email). They wouldn't give me a time slot or day for delivery. Unbelievably I had to help a grumpy lone driver, carry 4×3 metre heavy sheets up a long rd in wind and rain. And to top it of, the polycarbonate was very poor quality, air bubbles and marks all over. The company don't care and will take absolutely 0% responsibility. They will keep referring back to their terms and conditions in a sarcastic automated response. I have summarised my experience here so its not to long winded. I don’t usually leave reviews BUT I would avoid this company at all cost and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
