0* Service This company may as well disconnect their phone lines, they never ever answer the phones. Only way to contact them is online chat where they are useless or email where they respond if they feel like it. Ordered almost £1000 worth of items and no way to track delivery. Tried calling several times to see if I can at least get a specific day, no one ever answers the phones. In the end tried their online chat and rep told me courier will call day before delivery. I asked specifically will it be delivered the following day as we maybe out. Told definitely not the following day. And what happens? Courier delivers it next day. As it was only 1 delivery driver he manhandles the polycarbonate sheets dropping them several times and denting them. Emailed TG and they just fob it off saying damage is not important. After we finish building the roof with the damaged parts as we had no choice. We discover that there is an end cap missing. Obviously they don't answer the phone, and emails politely asking if they can send a replacement out is ignored. Ironically they actually sell this part on Ebay which we had to pay out of our pocket to replace. So despite them being able to send it out like any other reputable company would. They ignore you forcing you to buy the parts again. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as their service is awful. Looking at their premises on google. It looks like a tiny garage so obviously they just get the orders and just get it shipped from the manufacturer. So just go to a more reputable company that can do the same.

Excellent supply and delivery… Excellent supply and delivery experience from TG Supplies in March 2023. 3 separate orders and deliveries for a self build Pergola comprising planed treated timber, Roofing bars and polycarbonate sheets cut to size. Quality of timber great, all parts to order correct and sheets cut just as we had measured them. All in all brilliant and would use and order from this company again. Thank you

Mixed review I would liked to have given a more positive review as TG Supplies products and costs appear good and competitive and their delivery cost is exceptional That’s the good news!! Unfortunately if it was possible to give zero stars I would have. The company does not answer the telephone!!! 21 attempts over 5 days. When they do answer on line chats they rarely ever answer the question asked. Despite paying TG Supplies for delivery they take no responsibility for any delivery issues. TG Supplies would do well to find another courier as DX Express are certainly not doing them any favours.
