Would never use agin I have only given 1 star as you have no option but to give at least 1! This has to be the worst service we have ever experienced. Ordered sheeting cut to size when it arrived it was cut to the wrong length. Contacting them was/is a nightmare, eventually got a response to say replacements will be sent to be delivered by Friday the following week! The following week the sheets that were cut wrong were collected but no replacements were sent. I contacted them again a nightmare & was told it takes 48 hours to get a response from the transport department, given they sent these out wrong I asked if it could be expedited apparently this was urgent, I had to wait 48 hours. I received very sarcastic responses from them a few saying "when we know you will know!" with times they responded to me but not a whiff of when the replacement sheets would be with us. I explained our end customers work was now very delayed but they do not give a damn! A whole day of online chat & still no further just lots of sarcasm, I requested a full refund & was advised I would need to wait another 48 hours as they need to see if they have been despatched or not! The sheets turned up the end of the following week after the originals were returned. What company can't see when their own goods are being despatched & be happy with the way they treat their paying customers! I could go on but I think you get the gist..... Had I read the reviews first I would not have gone near them!

What a great self-assembly pergola kit… What a great self-assembly pergola kit we received from them. We ordered a complete set and it only took us 6 hours to install it at our home. We will definitely shop with them again for polycarbonate as we need a small greenhouse at the back.

Customer service disgusting Customer service after delivery is disgusting .. Opened a return request, after opening well packed roof sheets they were all twisted & had to buy more from Roof Giant, £200 wasted .. Sent photos and asked then to review, not even a reply they simply closed the case.. So if you have an issue don’t expect good aftercare or even a response ! Buy elsewhere .. The response below is now only provided as I have left a review which is a true encounter of their services. If the response below is your assumption, then why did you not respond to my case when I created one. You simply shut it with no reply .. The items where stored in a van during the heatwave and transported to us, when we opened the items 1 month after delivery, the panels were in that condition. The pictures clearly shows the original wrapping. Your response as I have left the review, only reinforces how you deal with return requests badly and make assumptions without any form of contact.
