GBUse a more reliable supplier. Have been worned. Read the reviews first. Warning / Warning / Warning.. As other disgruntled customers have said can't give less than 1 star, even zero star's is far to high a rating for this company. Dealing with this company is non existent, voice message when ringing states there all busy dealing with orders so send an email or use the online chat. Communicating with then is well like pulling teeth, provide the info and yet is still wrong, deliveries do not turn up. Told to ring the freight company but they fail to understand the contract is with themselves not the freight company. Anyway rang the freight company to be told can't give you any info apart from they don't know where the plastic sheets are as they deal with TG Supplies. Chased again to be told have sent replacement sheets and will be delivered Mon. Guess what didn't turn up. Chased TG Supplies to be told will arrive by end of week. Messaged them to say am away from the Frid, informed SHOULD be there before Frid. Messaged back to say should isn't good enough as needs to arrive Thurs. Then they ignored further communication. Sums up dealing with this company.

GBPlaced an order for only a few pounds… Placed an order for only a few pounds early November and sure I requested delivery, I live 2 hrs drive away. I tried to call the number provided to be greeted by a voicemail helpfully advising to use the 'online chat' or send an email. I have sent several emails with no reply. The online chat shows as active, but no reply. I cannot get through to the company and I'm not driving 2 hrs for something that cost £11. Extremely unsatisfied customer, there are no excuses why someone cannot return my contact/calls. Strongly advise not to use this company, they need to rethink their customer service.

GBGreat Product. I have mixed feelings about this company. Firstly I would like to say that the product itself, the lean to, is top quality. Decent wood and parts and is fairly easy to assemble if you really put a lot of time planning it out before putting it up, it took two days for 2 of us for the 6x3m. The Product itself I’d say is 5 stars. The company however, really need to improve on their customer service/support, the other comments are spot on, they do not respond to emails quickly and they certainly never answer the phones. I had some questions regarding the instructions but gave up and had to guess and when your working on this you want to speak to someone. In Short the product is amazing but because of the lack of customer support on the phone I would only recommend using them if you’re a confident builder, but if you do get stuck or have questions you’re on your own.

GB0* Service This company may as well disconnect their phone lines, they never ever answer the phones. Only way to contact them is online chat where they are useless or email where they respond if they feel like it. Ordered almost £1000 worth of items and no way to track delivery. Tried calling several times to see if I can at least get a specific day, no one ever answers the phones. In the end tried their online chat and rep told me courier will call day before delivery. I asked specifically will it be delivered the following day as we maybe out. Told definitely not the following day. And what happens? Courier delivers it next day. As it was only 1 delivery driver he manhandles the polycarbonate sheets dropping them several times and denting them. Emailed TG and they just fob it off saying damage is not important. After we finish building the roof with the damaged parts as we had no choice. We discover that there is an end cap missing. Obviously they don't answer the phone, and emails politely asking if they can send a replacement out is ignored. Ironically they actually sell this part on Ebay which we had to pay out of our pocket to replace. So despite them being able to send it out like any other reputable company would. They ignore you forcing you to buy the parts again. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as their service is awful. Looking at their premises on google. It looks like a tiny garage so obviously they just get the orders and just get it shipped from the manufacturer. So just go to a more reputable company that can do the same.
