I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10 I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10, shipping said it should be here on 10/23. I haven't received them. I emailed horsepower direct about why I have yet to receive them yet and I was told that they were having trouble getting the part and it should be at my door from roughly 11/5 - 11/11. Its 11/15 now and I still haven't received them. I'm waiting on them to put my engine back together. If they were to give me an update periodically instead of waiting for me to email them about a week after I was told it should have of been at my door then I wouldnt of been that upset.

Buyers beware!!!! Fraud The only thing this company is good for is bashing the customer making it your fault and not taking any responsibility for the company’s own laziness. Don’t know how PayPal hasn’t closed the company’s account! And if you chose to ignore this review make sure you use Pay Pal because you will need that buyers protection. No answers to email No answer on the company main line No response to voicemails Poor customer service Had to get a refund from PayPal!!! I will never do business with this company again. But hey one upside to all of this is Summit Racing will price match any of their prices and beat em by a dollar. Don’t waste your time with this place!

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt… Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Tried contacting horsepower direct for a week straight, every way possible with no response. Will never try to order from them again.

Worst ever Purchased an item from theses guys. Communication was great at first until I asked for a tracking number. Keep coming up with excuses then finally stop communicating completely. Had to get PayPal involved like so many others had to. He finally refunded my money but he waited until the last minute before PayPal would force a refund. That way I had to wait a month for my money. These guys have no right running a business. Should be shut down. Very unprofessional. The worst I have ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth trying to save a little money. Pay for it in the long run!
