GBWell considering my purchase was nearly… 5 years ago Well considering my purchase was nearly 5 years ago and NOW you are reaching for feedback ... i ordered an exhaust. The tips came in super bent and out of shape. Service tried to blame ME (after receiving and unboxing) and almost didn’t get the tips replaced. After much hassle, got them but super rude customer support. Hopefully y’all have gotten better in 5 years.

GBItem never received Order status says "Awaiting Fulfillment" for well over 30 days. Contact numbers are either disconnected or go straight to VM. No response through email. Stay as far away from HP Direct as you possibly can if you actually want to receive the item you paid for. I have all supporting documentation including the charge back from my bank approved today.

GBWorst customer service I’ve ever dealt… Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Tried contacting horsepower direct for a week straight, every way possible with no response. Will never try to order from them again.

DKI have tried to get in contact with… I have tried to get in contact with 'Ticketmaster'- but none of 4 telephone numbers answered my call - and one was not existing!!! A businesses that doesn't answer the phone is a fraud. Eva Carstensen
