Well considering my purchase was nearly… 5 years ago Well considering my purchase was nearly 5 years ago and NOW you are reaching for feedback ... i ordered an exhaust. The tips came in super bent and out of shape. Service tried to blame ME (after receiving and unboxing) and almost didn’t get the tips replaced. After much hassle, got them but super rude customer support. Hopefully y’all have gotten better in 5 years.

I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10 I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10, shipping said it should be here on 10/23. I haven't received them. I emailed horsepower direct about why I have yet to receive them yet and I was told that they were having trouble getting the part and it should be at my door from roughly 11/5 - 11/11. Its 11/15 now and I still haven't received them. I'm waiting on them to put my engine back together. If they were to give me an update periodically instead of waiting for me to email them about a week after I was told it should have of been at my door then I wouldnt of been that upset.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt… Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Tried contacting horsepower direct for a week straight, every way possible with no response. Will never try to order from them again.

I have tried to get in contact with… I have tried to get in contact with 'Ticketmaster'- but none of 4 telephone numbers answered my call - and one was not existing!!! A businesses that doesn't answer the phone is a fraud. Eva Carstensen

Kindly make trustpilot as healthy that people who scamed by different sites not only get sympathy but also recovery of scam dollers . Or kindly blacklist those companies and make them answerable in courts . Kindly make this platform a way to justice .
