Trust pilot is blocking reviews put up… Trust pilot is blocking reviews put up on bad business and if you know servers have the same IP address they track you and your colleges threw the IP address they leave you open so the review doesn't show up My boss was put out of business by OPTIMUM Altice They deleted his email addresses and locked him out of his servers he lost everything we are all out of work and trust pilot is using some kind of software or one of their reps are protecting OPtimun there are 16 people out of work because of this OPTIMUM is lying to him he is angry and we are listening to the rep saying he needs the emails He verified the information and he worked for optimum for 3 years the corporate office is Liying to him too and TRUST PILOT is blocking reviews on his developer That's wrong.

Very helpful and great prices Great parts, great business, and great customer service. If you need something specific and not sure, the customer service will help you with as much information you need. Great parts also. Its been 2 years since I installed pistons in one car and head studs in another. They are still running fine.

Worst ever Purchased an item from theses guys. Communication was great at first until I asked for a tracking number. Keep coming up with excuses then finally stop communicating completely. Had to get PayPal involved like so many others had to. He finally refunded my money but he waited until the last minute before PayPal would force a refund. That way I had to wait a month for my money. These guys have no right running a business. Should be shut down. Very unprofessional. The worst I have ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth trying to save a little money. Pay for it in the long run!

Worst Online Shopping Experience in Years Sincerely the worst experience I have ever had shopping online. Purchased an "in stock" item, seller never reached out, item never shipped. Tried for weeks to get in contact with no response. Seller failed to give me a refund after a month of hassle, ended up having to file a claim. Total headache. Take your business elsewhere if you know what's good for you.

So far going on 2 weeks with zero… So far going on 2 weeks with zero communication. Spent about 700 with them thinking I was getting a deal. I see all the bad reviews getting flagged which should tell you all you need to know. I have been calling them daily during weekdays to no avail, text hasn't worked, neither has email. I left a comment on their IG page about the situation along with someone else which promptly got deleted and I have the screenshots. The day I ordered I talked to someone and he seemed helpful but not anymore. I even messaged em saying " I don't mind a long lead time I just wanna know what is going on" worst experience I've had with a seller in pretty much ever.
