GBWorst Online Shopping Experience in Years Sincerely the worst experience I have ever had shopping online. Purchased an "in stock" item, seller never reached out, item never shipped. Tried for weeks to get in contact with no response. Seller failed to give me a refund after a month of hassle, ended up having to file a claim. Total headache. Take your business elsewhere if you know what's good for you.

DKI have tried to get in contact with… I have tried to get in contact with 'Ticketmaster'- but none of 4 telephone numbers answered my call - and one was not existing!!! A businesses that doesn't answer the phone is a fraud. Eva Carstensen

GBi purchased product itv24 on june 4 and… I purchased spark plugs from Horsepower direct and didn't get any, couldn't contact anyone or get any response to messages, I wrote a review and forgot about the transaction. 8 months later I was contacted about my review hurting their business and if i dont change it the would be taking me to court. I stated that i was astonished about how they didn't mention my purchase or offered a refund but they wanted me to change my review. I was also not impressed at how they were not trying to change my experience. They finally stated that the product i ordered was no longer available but i could choose another product or get store credit. I chose a simular product and i received it a few days later. They sent me updates of the order all the way to delivery. I still didnt open the package a week later. I thought this was how they should be treating a customer from the beginning to get great reviews. Maybe this was all due to Covid does strange things to people.

GBWell considering my purchase was nearly… 5 years ago Well considering my purchase was nearly 5 years ago and NOW you are reaching for feedback ... i ordered an exhaust. The tips came in super bent and out of shape. Service tried to blame ME (after receiving and unboxing) and almost didn’t get the tips replaced. After much hassle, got them but super rude customer support. Hopefully y’all have gotten better in 5 years.
