Good deal at Horsepower direct saved $200.00 on a 1000.00 part best deal on the internet. I had issues at first with communication but during Covid and a time they say they moved their warehouse. I am excited to receive my part and know it is delayed due to covid.

Item never received Order status says "Awaiting Fulfillment" for well over 30 days. Contact numbers are either disconnected or go straight to VM. No response through email. Stay as far away from HP Direct as you possibly can if you actually want to receive the item you paid for. I have all supporting documentation including the charge back from my bank approved today.

Don’t know how PayPal hasn’t closed the company’s account! And if you chose to ignore this review make sure you use Pay Pal because you will need that buyers protection. But hey one upside to all of this is Summit Racing will price match any of their prices and beat em by a dollar. Don’t waste your time with this place!

Now it will take a month to get money back through PayPal.

If you need something specific and not sure, the customer service will help you with as much information you need. Great parts also. Its been 2 years since I installed pistons in one car and head studs in another. They are still running fine.
