So I ordered Wiseco pistons and I was… So I ordered Wiseco pistons and I was getting worried that I wasn’t going to get them cause I read the reviews about this place after my purchase I was freaking out when I read these reviews cause I just spent almost 500 dollars. I got in touch with some guy at the company and he told me the ones I wanted were not their and recommended the size up from what I wanted turned out it was actually what I thought I ordered in the first place my item got shipped out the day after I talked with him and if you are worried about your purchase just call them and make sure they have what you want first. I got scared for a bit thinking I got ripped off but they made good and my pistons arrived today at an amazing price a150 $ cheaper than anywhere else thanks to everyone at horsepower direct

So far going on 2 weeks with zero… So far going on 2 weeks with zero communication. Spent about 700 with them thinking I was getting a deal. I see all the bad reviews getting flagged which should tell you all you need to know. I have been calling them daily during weekdays to no avail, text hasn't worked, neither has email. I left a comment on their IG page about the situation along with someone else which promptly got deleted and I have the screenshots. The day I ordered I talked to someone and he seemed helpful but not anymore. I even messaged em saying " I don't mind a long lead time I just wanna know what is going on" worst experience I've had with a seller in pretty much ever.

Worst Online Shopping Experience in Years Sincerely the worst experience I have ever had shopping online. Purchased an "in stock" item, seller never reached out, item never shipped. Tried for weeks to get in contact with no response. Seller failed to give me a refund after a month of hassle, ended up having to file a claim. Total headache. Take your business elsewhere if you know what's good for you.

Worst ever Purchased an item from theses guys. Communication was great at first until I asked for a tracking number. Keep coming up with excuses then finally stop communicating completely. Had to get PayPal involved like so many others had to. He finally refunded my money but he waited until the last minute before PayPal would force a refund. That way I had to wait a month for my money. These guys have no right running a business. Should be shut down. Very unprofessional. The worst I have ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth trying to save a little money. Pay for it in the long run!
