Terrible Terrible experience, was sold back ordered rods that they claimed had in stock, gave me runarounds as to why they hadn’t shipped such as “were at a racing event but will ship as soon as we’re back” then ignored my for a month and I had to have my credit card company to file a dispute and get my money reimbursed because they wouldn’t cancel my order. Will never even consider them for future purchases.

Item never received Order status says "Awaiting Fulfillment" for well over 30 days. Contact numbers are either disconnected or go straight to VM. No response through email. Stay as far away from HP Direct as you possibly can if you actually want to receive the item you paid for. I have all supporting documentation including the charge back from my bank approved today.

So far going on 2 weeks with zero… So far going on 2 weeks with zero communication. Spent about 700 with them thinking I was getting a deal. I see all the bad reviews getting flagged which should tell you all you need to know. I have been calling them daily during weekdays to no avail, text hasn't worked, neither has email. I left a comment on their IG page about the situation along with someone else which promptly got deleted and I have the screenshots. The day I ordered I talked to someone and he seemed helpful but not anymore. I even messaged em saying " I don't mind a long lead time I just wanna know what is going on" worst experience I've had with a seller in pretty much ever.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt… Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Tried contacting horsepower direct for a week straight, every way possible with no response. Will never try to order from them again.

I have tried to get in contact with… I have tried to get in contact with 'Ticketmaster'- but none of 4 telephone numbers answered my call - and one was not existing!!! A businesses that doesn't answer the phone is a fraud. Eva Carstensen
