Alto Books I ordered a book from Alto for nursing school. I received the book on time and everything. The only issue I had was I was missing a few chapters and some of the pages were upside down. I have been trying for 4 weeks to get my partial refund, but no luck! I keep getting emails saying it’s been processed but I haven’t seen anything. This has forced me to get my bank involved. Im not happy with their service and how they handle things. Other than that the books are legit and cheap which is a benefit.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Purchased a book and received an International Version. Their BS site says they will provide return shipping for mistakes but had to pay out of my own pocket. The book was received by these clowns and I was told twice that I would be refunded and still nothing! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS! I will be paying them a visit when I visit San Jose early next year to personally recoup my refund and give them a taste of their own medicine... See you soon Justin K!

You get what you pay for Shipping for the book took a few days longer than what I paid for. The packaging was not very good quality, but the book is the correct book and for what I paid for it it seems like a good deal. It would be better if it shipped in time and if tracking information was available. A tracking number was provided, however I was only given information when it was a day out and before that had no idea how long it would take or where the package was.

The most unethical business practice I… The most unethical business practice I have ever seen. Ordered a textbook the email said it should arrive 3-8 days but it's been already more than 3 weeks but book hasn't arrived yet. They failed to provide a tracking number. I also emailed them multiple times asking for a refund because it's been way too long and I already received that book from other seller. But they have been telling me the book will arrive this week then when it didn't they said if it won't arrive by the end pf the next week they will issue me a refund and then I received another email saying that the book will surely arrive by Wednesday. But they totally ignore the fact that I don't need it anymore. Multiple of my emails were ignored and I am having so much difficulties getting a refund from the. I believe such business practice shouldn't be tolerated and such businesses should be shout down.

Terrible!! Terrible!!! I ordered set of textbooks. It was delivered on time but PREVIOUS edition instead of advertised. Send multiple e-mails and called them without getting any response. I ordered books from different places but have never had with kind of experience. As I understand fraud is something normal for this company.
