GBBad Experience I never received a shipping confirmation for my book. The book did arrive; however, it was completely different from the original book, despite the website saying the content would be the same. The company is very hard to get in contact with. Emailing them takes quite a while to get a response and their phone number is not real. Also they have a 14 day money back guarantee; however, customers must pay for return shipping. Waste of time. Do not buy books from here.

GBThe most unethical business practice I… The most unethical business practice I have ever seen. Ordered a textbook the email said it should arrive 3-8 days but it's been already more than 3 weeks but book hasn't arrived yet. They failed to provide a tracking number. I also emailed them multiple times asking for a refund because it's been way too long and I already received that book from other seller. But they have been telling me the book will arrive this week then when it didn't they said if it won't arrive by the end pf the next week they will issue me a refund and then I received another email saying that the book will surely arrive by Wednesday. But they totally ignore the fact that I don't need it anymore. Multiple of my emails were ignored and I am having so much difficulties getting a refund from the. I believe such business practice shouldn't be tolerated and such businesses should be shout down.

GBTerrible!! Terrible!!! I ordered set of textbooks. It was delivered on time but PREVIOUS edition instead of advertised. Send multiple e-mails and called them without getting any response. I ordered books from different places but have never had with kind of experience. As I understand fraud is something normal for this company.

GBI mean, I guess? I received the book in ok condition. It was just wrapped in plastic so the edges were a bit munched on. Otherwise fine. Their shipping sucks; very anxiety producing. It took a whole 13 days for me to receive it, from the day I ordered it. So if you're pressed for time, this isn't your place. After being unable to track my package, I contacted them about it & they were nice. If you take into consideration the price that you're paying (average of $20?), the service is fair.

GBBooks arrived damaged and won't allow exchange books arrived damaged and someone called Justin replied in email that they would only refund 15% of the listing price. I requested for an exchange but Justin claimed that they did not have any other copied of the book. However, their website clearly indicated that there were 8 more copies of the same book. They are simply lying and cheating customers. Do not buy from them!
