So I ordered a textbook through them… So I ordered a textbook through them and still haven't received anything at all I tried calling during their times and it seems like the number is faulty and wrong. Tried emailing them as well but nothing so far and also paid for fast shipping because i need it ASAP its already been 16 days later. This is horrible customer service and service in general. I Highly recommend not to order anything from this site

Books arrived damaged and won't allow exchange books arrived damaged and someone called Justin replied in email that they would only refund 15% of the listing price. I requested for an exchange but Justin claimed that they did not have any other copied of the book. However, their website clearly indicated that there were 8 more copies of the same book. They are simply lying and cheating customers. Do not buy from them!

You get what you pay for Shipping for the book took a few days longer than what I paid for. The packaging was not very good quality, but the book is the correct book and for what I paid for it it seems like a good deal. It would be better if it shipped in time and if tracking information was available. A tracking number was provided, however I was only given information when it was a day out and before that had no idea how long it would take or where the package was.

Terrible!! Terrible!!! I ordered set of textbooks. It was delivered on time but PREVIOUS edition instead of advertised. Send multiple e-mails and called them without getting any response. I ordered books from different places but have never had with kind of experience. As I understand fraud is something normal for this company.

Never received the book my wife ordered… Never received the book my wife ordered a month prior to needing for a Christmas tradition. Multiple emails saying it was on way and at the time of this review still nothing. Sent emails, left phone messages nothing. Until I receive the book or a refund or both can not and will not recommend this retailer in any form.
