GBNo trust, no honor, and no letting of giving my information anymore Just like someone else, I received an international version of the book I needed, claiming to be the same material, only some questions were missing, and all question values are different. The worse is that the book was labeled new, but arrived with damage that appears to have been there before shipment. The 14 money back guarantee for damaged products and payment for postal shipment isn't true since I have an email from Justin K. telling me they are willing to offer partial refund. I may have to convince a magistrate or a jury that they just found a way to get rid of damaged goods and go against their word when people wish to send it back. Their phone number isn't real, and they only communicate by online messages with 1 business day waits for email responses. I am an EE/EET major at SIU in Carbondale Illinois named Jason Bischoff if anybody wants to verify with me my experience before giving this company any information.

GBTerrible!! Terrible!!! I ordered set of textbooks. It was delivered on time but PREVIOUS edition instead of advertised. Send multiple e-mails and called them without getting any response. I ordered books from different places but have never had with kind of experience. As I understand fraud is something normal for this company.

GBAwful service I ordered a book on August 16th, a few days before classes started, and it's now August 30th and the end of the second week and I still haven't received the book. I emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back. The site is cheap, but I would just go with Amazon because they're at least reliable.

GBThe most unethical business practice I… The most unethical business practice I have ever seen. Ordered a textbook the email said it should arrive 3-8 days but it's been already more than 3 weeks but book hasn't arrived yet. They failed to provide a tracking number. I also emailed them multiple times asking for a refund because it's been way too long and I already received that book from other seller. But they have been telling me the book will arrive this week then when it didn't they said if it won't arrive by the end pf the next week they will issue me a refund and then I received another email saying that the book will surely arrive by Wednesday. But they totally ignore the fact that I don't need it anymore. Multiple of my emails were ignored and I am having so much difficulties getting a refund from the. I believe such business practice shouldn't be tolerated and such businesses should be shout down.

GBBad Experience I never received a shipping confirmation for my book. The book did arrive; however, it was completely different from the original book, despite the website saying the content would be the same. The company is very hard to get in contact with. Emailing them takes quite a while to get a response and their phone number is not real. Also they have a 14 day money back guarantee; however, customers must pay for return shipping. Waste of time. Do not buy books from here.
