GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. I was signed up with Blue Dog credit card servicing. I was never notified that Fortispay purchased Blue Dog. The fees went up after Fortispay took over merchant services. I was compliant with the PCI-DSS at one time, Then after Fortispay took over I started getting charged the non compliant fee. When I cancelled with Fortispay they said that I owed $$$ for early cancellation. I said my contract was with Blue Dog not Fortis. Poor business ethic's.

GBAmazing Service Amazing Service! Competitive Pricing! I am a relatively new small business owner, so I wasn't familiar with a lot of the ins and outs of credit card processing. Michael Lore was super helpful, walking me through the whole process. He got me a great rate, and since I added credit cards as a payment option for my business, sales have gone up over 200%! Thanks so much!

GBAwesome Company! Awesome Company!! My experience with Fortis has been amazing, from the initial sign up to my daily use of their services. The Customer Analyst David Gillen was very helpful, walking me through the process and my different options and still supports me when I have questions and getting me to the right group. I The services offered and resources are great. I really love the Swipe Simple web platform and app work great. I highly recommend them for your credit card processing needs.

GBThey don't fulfil their word about ££ Not enough feedback. One mentoring meeting the signal was horrid and then my mentor and the company never rebooked that meeting. Just messaged me see you in 2 weeks. Says an hour a day would make it work, unfortunately it didn't for me. Good people good human beings. But after 3 or 4 months and 4 different types of trying to get the business going, none of the methods worked(for me) so I then decided to step back and respectfully ask for the refund. As they promised. Emails back and forth for weeks. And nothing. At least after the 4 months we've worked together and decided it wasn't for me. They would and could have paid me back. They didn't, so careful when reading the waiver. Just unhappy about the refund policy. My new mentor said. Well let them know how you feel. And I did.
