GBIt took 5 phone calls and many attempts… It took 5 phone calls and many attempts to fix issues with the terminal that you provided us. Finally after threatening them to change providers, they sent a machine that works. Then once received and hooked up, I could not batch out without a password, which I do not want nor could the tech remove from the system. No follow thru or customer relations whatsoever. They finally sent me a machine that worked and did not require a password to batch out. I would give them a 4 star review.

GBAvoid at all costs This company is absolutely terrible. This company completely misrepresented their fees and then just kept piling on! They made it very difficult to cut ties with them and continued to charge even after I separated from them. Completely unethical company that I am sorry I ever did business with.

GBKnow your provider, Fortis is a shell game Years of use, millions processed, they are hidden deeper than the Biden Family Crime syndicate. After hours of calls, diggind, handoffs and frustration, I find the rood of the issue. Confront them. When I cancelled my account, they say i didnt cancel all the way. Zero dollars processed for a year, and they keep taking $127/MO. Refused to refund even with my proof of cancellation and gave me 90 days. I swear, card processers are akin to the scum of the earth.

MULTIPLE CHARBEBACKS WERE APPROVED BECAUSE WE SHIP TO GUN STORES SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN GO THRU A BACKGROUND CHECK PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION OF FIREARMS. FORTIS STATES THAT THE FIREARM SHIPMENT MUST GO TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND NOT THE GUN STORE. HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO PROCESS TRANSACTIONS FOR THE FIREARM INDUSTRY AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOW ONLINE GUN PURCHASES WORK??? GARBAGE....

GBLie, Cheat, and Steal I wish there was an option for negative stars. We were with this company(Fortis) for 9 months. We signed up for their cash discount program(should pass fees onto the customer), they set it up incorrectly and admitted to doing so. They were drafting 3% of our settlements each day out of our account rather than charging the customer. This cost us around $20,000 and they refuse to take responsibility for the financial loss. To say these guys lie, cheat, and steal is an understatement. Stay far far away. They stole this money from us with no recourse. They will steal from you and brag about it later.
