GBBlue Dog has been great to work with Blue Dog has been great to work with. We have worked with them for many years and we have never had a problem using any credit cards. Unfourtnatly due to covid-19 and other unseen circumstances we had to close our business but I would recommend this company to anyone of my family and friends. There customer service is especially amazing. We worked with Michelle Dean for all our needs and she did a fantastic job at explaining everything and helping us get what we needed. Thanks again Blue Dog for amazing service!!

GBHorrible company we have been trying to… Horrible company we have been trying to cancel our service since February 14 and are still being charged. Whoever “Mary” is will not call us back and now the chargers have went up another 10 dollars. We have called over 4 times to get this resolved and still nothing. They will respond with we will have someone from our customer service respond. But they will not!

It's great to know you have people on your side and willing to help. BlueDog is also a very good and easy processor to navigate. I highly endorse Andre Anderson and recommend you give him a ring! He made the process super smooth, even through my less-than-smooth situation.

GBSo frustrated with the continual… So frustrated with the continual increase of nickel dime charges and then a huge jump for non-compliance. Please note, during the time of "non-compliance", the service was not used. Fortis was not able to provide any documentation that I had been informed of non-compliance - which I had not received. I cancelled my contract and was still charged. Stay away! There are plenty of other services that will process CCs for FFLs
