I like the email templates I like the email templates. The process is quick. The only downfall is that I noticed when I send emails from VR my customers are saying they don't see them and I have to redirect them to check their junk and spam folders.

I wish there were more templates to… I wish there were more templates to choose from. I'm an embroider and there are no craft like templates to choose from and some that I would like to change your picture won't change. You need to get a better variety of pic/templates

Not the results I had hoped for A lot of emails went straight to spam...but that may not be fault of Vertical Response (not sure how that works). Biggest issue was that I had a small number of Bounces according to VR, when in reality, a much larger number of email addresses were undeliverable--which I discovered after sending emails manually. Pros: interface is easy to use; pricing is competitive.

I highly recommend VerticalResponse as… I highly recommend VerticalResponse as it is very user friendly. I looked at others, and none of them can compare to the professional service that VerticalResponse offers its customers.
