Meh. Sticking with another platform. I liked the way the landing pages were able to be designed, but there were hiccups when it came to emails going out. The automations didn't seem to work. I ended up transferring the contacts that the forms did successfully capture to another software and sending emails from there.

I highly recommend VerticalResponse as… I highly recommend VerticalResponse as it is very user friendly. I looked at others, and none of them can compare to the professional service that VerticalResponse offers its customers.

I like the user-friendly platform, but... I like the user-friendly platform, but I find it frequently freezes, which make me have to refresh, losing anything I haven't saved. Text selections are limited, so a weekly mail-our gets a little redundant. This is also the case for formatting. Perhaps I haven't completely explored all the features, but as a small business owner, I don't have time. The platform could be more flexible, for example like Vistaprint, which allows you to place your own images and text where you want.

Well, I was IMMEDIATELY charged $200 twice for before the 30 day was up and told that "no refunds could be made" but they would put out 2 newsletters for me. The 1st newsletter netted me no results, and wishing I had never had any contact with VR. We'll see if anyone at VR cares enough to contact me or do anything about this situation.
