GBAs shown below As shown below, your site clearly stated that I had a 60 day trial, with no credit card required. Well, I was IMMEDIATELY charged $200 twice for before the 30 day was up and told that "no refunds could be made" but they would put out 2 newsletters for me. The 1st newsletter netted me no results, and wishing I had never had any contact with VR. We'll see if anyone at VR cares enough to contact me or do anything about this situation. GBI wish there were more templates to… I wish there were more templates to choose from. I'm an embroider and there are no craft like templates to choose from and some that I would like to change your picture won't change. You need to get a better variety of pic/templates

GBThe worst Customer Service The worst Customer Service. We have been an account for the last 10 years and are pretty low maintenance & self serve. Now we are growing & have some simple questions. They disabled their live chat, you sit on hold forever I believe there is ONE single person to manage all their account and it takes weeks for a response and no phone number at all. We even tried calling parent company Deluxe and again no response!
