Good Platform, Helpful Employees Have used Vertical Response for about 10 years. The platform is very robust and has a lot of features not available from other companies. Their employees there are very friendly and helpful whenever we have had any issues. We have some deliverability problems with certain email addresses (like gmail for example), but the Reps at Vertical Response are always eager to help out and troubleshoot problems when they occur.
