GTTalk about taking one of the best business decisions I have ever made We come from a Zendesk background which was not the greatest when it comes to support. We made the switch to Freshworks right around Aug 2020 right in the middle of the Covid19 Pandemic which was a tough uncertain stage to make these type of decision. After two and a half long years I can honestly say that FreshWorks is probably the best CX Software that I have worked with. We are handling thousands of customers every day through the Omnichannel platform and have never been in a better spot! We are absolutely loving FreshDesk and are planning to continue working with this amazing tool for years to come.

BRThey ignore emails, 9 days now on a support request I signed up for freshdesk a couple weeks ago. I went through the app features, read some documentation, then to finish setting up I emailed them some questions. That was 9 days ago. In that time I spoke with the chat within the app, they said someone will get back soon. 5 days ago the chat widget asked for a product demo, so I said ya that would be great, I'll just ask my questions then. They said someone will get back in 24 hours. That was 5 days ago and no response. I asked once again 2 days ago and yep you guessed it, no response again. Hard to trust helpdesk software that doesn't even give basic level customer support. I gave 2 stars instead of 1, because the UI was nice and it seems like the software would work, as long as you don't have any questions or want to customize something. I was set on freshdesk, but am not testing out a couple others (just googled "alternatives to freshdesk"). Truly unbelievable.

GBFreshdesk rocks!!!! Freshdesk has greatly improved our client services by offering email, phone, text and social media all under one platform. We are looking forward to expanding our usage to include web and chat, as well. The only challenges we have faced are with the 3rd party Instagram application integration, but are hopeful to have that resolved soon. I would highly recommend Freshdesk to anyone. You cannot beat the services and price.

CL4 days asking for support 4 days asking for support, and they have totally ignored and blocked our whatsapp to provide support to our clients.

PKVery bad customer service! I was very happy to receive email from CEO of freshdesk where he mentioned that i am able to reach their team who can do a free demonstration with me, But when i tried reaching them since after 1st March till 5th March they are not even answering me on call with a resolution. While talking to them on live chat they have transferred me to my account manage who i dont know even exist in this world or not but i have not found him every reached me. Frustrating!
