GBLiveAnswer provides service of such nature that would exceed the satisfaction of every client. We remain very busy on Holidays due to hug customers footfall, so we decided to have a customer support team to attend calls on the weekend. And I got a recommendation from one of my friends and decided to give try LiveAnswer despite of being little hesitant to sign up for a new service. Sign up process was too easy to step forward. Creating agent script was very simple. Finally, we got the reports from there we were able to understand call frequency, arrival patterns and call tracking. We impressed by their service, and got a positive outcome. Hopefully we will be using their service frequently.

GBEasy to use call center We used Useful Tools for a weekend sales event we had at our boat shop. We sent out a bunch of mail pieces to folks around town and each of the pieces had a number on it for people to call. We weren't sure how many of them would call, so we worked with Useful Tools to have their people answer the calls and take appointments and such. We had quite a turnout. And we asked all of the people that showed up for their appointment how they liked the people on the phone and every one of them said they was friendly and helpful. I think we'll likely give them another shot.

GBSimple and easy This beats any other answering service out there. I haven’t had any difficulty using LiveAnswer because they’ve made their whole system so easy to use, even for someone like me that’s not tech-savvy!

GBUnbelievably easy to use!! I switched over to LiveAnswer a few months ago from my voicemail and I don't think I will ever go back. No longer do I have to spend hours listening to voicemails, getting their call back numbers and information, and then finally calling them back. With LiveAnswer i never have to listen to a call again and can easily call back my clients!! 5 stars
