The Best Call Center Platform. Love LiveAnswer! LiveAnswer has really changed our entire approach to our phone customer support. The interface is great, very easy to use with a powerful real-time agent script builder. I love, love, love LiveAnswer, highly recommended.

Awesome service This is really awesome. They work effectively through out the whole 24 hours of the day, and the 7 days of the week. Whenever i ask for their service , there is always an agent ready to look into me and provide my service. And i just love the options they provide us with how to interact with the other end, they have infinitely many possibilities for that, which is in fact great. Our messages can be sent anywhere around the world in real time. Really awesome.

Love the script builder I’m excited to begin building more complex scripts from what I’ve seen so far. My office is overflowed with calls and to direct calls using their transfers is a lifesaver.

Good Communication As professional as it gets. Being that this is a small business they are very hands on (in a good way). When i ask for their service they answer quickly and provide my service. I've recommended this service to others and will continue to do so.

This company is a joke This company is a joke. They have the most unqualified people answering the phone representing your business. Simple English skills were missing. Couldn't spell or speak proper English. Often had bad attitudes as well. They drag the calls out as long as possible in order to milk you of the min's on your call plan.
