USThis company is a joke This company is a joke. They have the most unqualified people answering the phone representing your business. Simple English skills were missing. Couldn't spell or speak proper English. Often had bad attitudes as well. They drag the calls out as long as possible in order to milk you of the min's on your call plan. USEasy to Use! I love how easy it is to add information to the script! You can change the script right from the account and it takes effect immediately. They helped me add music to the line and have calls ring my cell first so I can answer it!
