LiveAnswer provides service of such nature that would exceed the satisfaction of every client. We remain very busy on Holidays due to hug customers footfall, so we decided to have a customer support team to attend calls on the weekend. And I got a recommendation from one of my friends and decided to give try LiveAnswer despite of being little hesitant to sign up for a new service. Sign up process was too easy to step forward. Creating agent script was very simple. Finally, we got the reports from there we were able to understand call frequency, arrival patterns and call tracking. We impressed by their service, and got a positive outcome. Hopefully we will be using their service frequently.

The best call answering service! I own a small scale business, which was started just two months back. Unbelievably easy to use!! I switched over to LiveAnswer a few months ago from my voicemail and I don't think I will ever go back.
