GBHighfive is a great video conference… Highfive is a great video conference platform. While there are areas to improve around screen sharing and audio playback, the customer service team has a been great to work with and has assured me that these are high priorities on their radar to address in future updates.
Thankful
GBIt would be nice if there was also a… It would be nice if there was also a call in number associated to a Highfive session in case someone needed to call in. Currently I know the URL but if I am not in a location with Internet access it can be touch when scrambling to join a meeting.

GBNot dependable We've had a lot of issues with dropping calls. We've reported them several times and connected our third party IT agent with Highfive and have found zero results. We have calls dropping, We've had "network connection issues" where we can't connect to the screen to share content. It happens in every single room. There hasn't been a resolution to this and it feels like Highfive keeps blaming our network and not taking any responsibility. When Highfive does work, it's great and we love it. It's not dependable. I've only had success with one Highfive team member, Jon who helped me figure out an issue in one of our conference rooms.

GBI like the quality of the sound!!! I like the quality of the sound!!!! The Video is good too. Here is what you can improve... Log in is confusing to outsiders. Need a warning tone someone is waiting to enter Leave an icon open if someone needs to enter (currently, it disappears) The screen to make calls from the speaker is not easy to use... delicate, small and not always responsive to the touch. Keep in mind that if the conference is started from a computer, not in the conference room there is no way to know someone is waiting to come on the call. So... put a notice on the TV as well as the computer. Can we purchase just the audio system?
