GBHighfive is a great video conference… Highfive is a great video conference platform. While there are areas to improve around screen sharing and audio playback, the customer service team has a been great to work with and has assured me that these are high priorities on their radar to address in future updates.

GBTruly innovative solution This hardware and interface are both unlike any other product our company has tried. Our connectivity to remote team members and clients completely changed over night. Setting the units up and brining them online could not have been simpler. The dedicated On Boarding team was absolutely brilliant. They were so thoughtful in guiding our rollout to the full company. The materials they provided made it so simple for our operations team to implement and for the staff to learn. As with any technology, it isn't without hiccups, but the support team has been incredibly responsive and always able to get us fully functional again in a surprisingly short amount of time. The sound quality is ridiculously good. And the units and interface have a minimalist, modern feel that suits the aesthetic of our company and offices. Really can't recommend Highfive enough.

GBEasy install Easy install, Works better than expected. Even the least experienced computer user can start a meeting or share their screen. Dolby experience is amazing!

GBNot dependable We've had a lot of issues with dropping calls. We've reported them several times and connected our third party IT agent with Highfive and have found zero results. We have calls dropping, We've had "network connection issues" where we can't connect to the screen to share content. It happens in every single room. There hasn't been a resolution to this and it feels like Highfive keeps blaming our network and not taking any responsibility. When Highfive does work, it's great and we love it. It's not dependable. I've only had success with one Highfive team member, Jon who helped me figure out an issue in one of our conference rooms.
