Need a warning tone someone is waiting to enter Leave an icon open if someone needs to enter (currently, it disappears) The screen to make calls from the speaker is not easy to use... delicate, small and not always responsive to the touch. Keep in mind that if the conference is started from a computer, not in the conference room there is no way to know someone is waiting to come on the call. So... put a notice on the TV as well as the computer. Can we purchase just the audio system?

The way the links appear on the mobile… The way the links appear on the mobile device have been cuggy lately. Too difficult to get into the calls from mobile lately.

Highfive is a great video conference… Highfive is a great video conference platform. While there are areas to improve around screen sharing and audio playback, the customer service team has a been great to work with and has assured me that these are high priorities on their radar to address in future updates.
