Showing that there are private offers… Showing that there are private offers with lower prices available only after registration but if you make an account and try to get this offer it just redirect to other site with even higher prices than regular ones showed before.

Booked a rental car thru kayak Booked a rental car thru kayak, I always make sure to buy insurance on anything I do. Not only the insurance was not added to book, but now I'm dealing with paying for a flat tire after returning the vehicle.

Thyme was very helpful Thyme was very helpful, patient and thorough in helping me find and book exactly what I wanted. She seemed to have excellent command of the software she was using and found what I asked for right away without ani miscommunication or mistakes. She answered all my questions about travel insurance etc and made the process go quickly, without missing any details.

After 20 years using it, i still recommand Globally after almost 20 years traveling buying flight with kayak, i still did not find better. the optin +-3 days is magic, and the price i see at the beginning, is the price i pay at the end. And yes i tried skyscanner, googleflight, kiwi.....

Airlines cancelled an international… Airlines cancelled an international flight. I got no notification from Kayak about cancellation. I only knew about it when I went to airlines website to pick a seat. It was panic mode. Getting to a Chat deal representative was a nightmare. The phone systems sent me in a loop and online chat was robotic and useless. No one got back to me even after days of trying. But once I got to a human, Felipe was the representative and he was fantastic. He fixed the errors, found alternative flight and rebooked everything and called back to confirm that I got the new email and the seats I want.
