I only knew about it when I went to airlines website to pick a seat. It was panic mode. Getting to a Chat deal representative was a nightmare. The phone systems sent me in a loop and online chat was robotic and useless. No one got back to me even after days of trying. But once I got to a human, Felipe was the representative and he was fantastic. He fixed the errors, found alternative flight and rebooked everything and called back to confirm that I got the new email and the seats I want.
