not worth it for simple orders Needed a short video transcribed. Was promised a 48 turn around, or 2 business days. It took 3 business days to receive a transcription on 1min 30sec video. Price was great but turnaround was awful. Going back to a competitor that has a short turn around on transcriptions like this one, its worth it to pay a little more. Was unimpressed that I had to keep checking the website to see if it was done, and received and email informing me it was ready. All around a poor performance by the company.

GBFulfilled the Order When Another Company Said Impossible! I typically go to another transcription service but when they could not perform the job stating that the audio quality was too poor and they could not fulfill the order, I was dumbfounded. The quality was not the best but I could hear and understand the content and wondered why no one on their team could do the job. I turned to Transcribe.com. No issues, they promptly returned a complete transcript within a matter of hours.

Sending materials via URL is extremely convenient for our workflow and the order tracking area of the site is great for keeping tabs on projects. It would be great if multiple user accounts that are all part of the same organization could share the same order tracking system.

GBExpected more I had put in a message with the order, and was expecting minutes, rather than just a transcript of the audio. I expected a phone call for potential issues with the recording. No one contacted me to follow up on the audio nor on my "minutes" request, but the transcript was acceptable. There were several places that the transcript says "phonetic" or "inaudible" that a phone call could have settled.

GBI just wanted to communicate my… I just wanted to communicate my disappointment in the Transcript app. I uploaded an interview I did with a client and it returned with hundreds of errors and a handful of profane words. This gentleman has probably never uttered a bad word in his life, yet his transcription made him sound like a filthy, inebriated sports fan. I will delete the app from my phone and warn people against using Transcribe for their projects. I encourage Transcribe to enhance their AI and provide customers with a better user experience.
