Scammers, frauds that don’t perform the service. Horrible service. Paid for 2 day transcription. It’s been 6 days, and no product- and no response to several emails. Phone number also doesn’t work

Incomplete Transcription & Lack of Response from Support Honestly, I'm disappointed and irritated. I was excited to use this service as an agency I work with uses them all the time. I paid for 2-day transcription and placed my order on 11/21. It was delivered 11/26 (because of the weekend which was fine), but when I went to look at and download the files I realized that only 13 of the 14 files I submitted were transcribed. I have emailed support twice now inquiring about the missing transcription that I've already paid for and have still yet to get the file now TWO WEEKS LATER. I haven't even received a response to my emails. I seem to be out of the money I spent on the missing file. I guess I will take the time to transcribe this file myself and use a different service next time.

Great Service. Super nice reps! Excellent transcription services for my many video files. The work is accurate and returned in a timely manner. Good value too. My only suggestion would be to standardize the file types that the work is done in. For example, I received both MS Word and Rich Text files - which were okay, but it would have been nice to have them all in MS Word. Also, the document formatting should be standardized too. My transcriptions appeared slightly different, even the MS Word files. This was not a problem per se, but again, it would be nice to have them all look uniform... particularly if one wants to paste the different transcripts together, as I did.

This service isn't even free like it… This service isn't even free like it advertises. After I wasted my time finding out the service is not free, I got baited into buying a few hours. The accuracy is like Siri's accuracy. If you're going to make me pay, at least be accurate, waste of time and money. I'm not even going to ask for a refund, my times worth more than talking to these baiters that probably wont even give full refund.

Unreliable - Late Almost every order I placed with them was late - and they would give me some weak excuse. If you offer 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, etc. service, then you should have the work done in that time frame. An email telling me you're going to be late does me no good. I tried these guys, but couldn't count on them to come thru with what they promised to deliver.
