A thorough review revealed only a handful of words had been misunderstood. It was so simple to upload the files, get the price quote, place the order, and receive the Word docs returned when and as promised. Highly recommend!

Will No Longer Use Transcribe Services I have used Transcribe.com in the past and needed to scrutinize the transcriptions for multiple errors. Recently, I submitted recordings to Transcribe.com, paid for the service and then Transcribe responded that they would not transcribe them. Upon their direction, I submitted an inquiry as to why my recordings were not transcribed. No answer! I did get a full refund. This gave me the opportunity to research and locate a different transcription service that provided transcriptions in less than 24 hours with at least 98% accuracy. Sorry, but I will no longer use Transcribe.com.

INSTANT service, Fast and accurate and lightening quick responses - I'm coming back for more! I can't say enough about this service - wish I had stumbled on it earlier. two critical jobs in 36 hours - the first one 100% accurate overnight. The second was a half hour convo transcription that needed some further editing after the first draft - and that concern was met with lightening quick response and corrections done, sealed and delivered within 12 hours. I'm SOLD!

Excellent service and product My Transcribe account manager Taylor was extremely responsive and helpful via phone calls and emails. As a first-time customer, I was unsure of my company s server s privacy settings that prevented me from uploading the documents to be transcribed. Taylor helped me work around my server and was patient, helpful and persistent with new ideas until we successfully shared the file. And when Taylor knew she d be out of the office she introduced me to her colleague Brittany to ensure I was taken care of. Thanks! The 2-day turnaround verbatim files have been very helpful and are indeed verbatim. If/when we need another transcription, we will use Transcribe.com.

Incomplete Transcription & Lack of Response from Support Honestly, I'm disappointed and irritated. I was excited to use this service as an agency I work with uses them all the time. I paid for 2-day transcription and placed my order on 11/21. It was delivered 11/26 (because of the weekend which was fine), but when I went to look at and download the files I realized that only 13 of the 14 files I submitted were transcribed. I have emailed support twice now inquiring about the missing transcription that I've already paid for and have still yet to get the file now TWO WEEKS LATER. I haven't even received a response to my emails. I seem to be out of the money I spent on the missing file. I guess I will take the time to transcribe this file myself and use a different service next time.
