Getting transcriptions is confusing and… Getting transcriptions is confusing and wastes time when there is more than one order. There's no way to tell one order from another. Orders contain file numbers but it's meaningless to customers. It would help if you included customer-given file names or notes in the order summary or email notice. Thx.

GBWill No Longer Use Transcribe Services I have used Transcribe.com in the past and needed to scrutinize the transcriptions for multiple errors. Recently, I submitted recordings to Transcribe.com, paid for the service and then Transcribe responded that they would not transcribe them. Upon their direction, I submitted an inquiry as to why my recordings were not transcribed. No answer! I did get a full refund. This gave me the opportunity to research and locate a different transcription service that provided transcriptions in less than 24 hours with at least 98% accuracy. Sorry, but I will no longer use Transcribe.com.

GBGreat quality, price, turnaround time. Nicely done! Will use again. Rev Marketing 2U Inc. and Go2Karate.com had five (5) 30-45 phone interviews for feature stories transcribed verbatim in 7 days. A thorough review revealed only a handful of words had been misunderstood. It was so simple to upload the files, get the price quote, place the order, and receive the Word docs returned when and as promised. Highly recommend!

GBScammers, frauds that don’t perform the service. Horrible service. Paid for 2 day transcription. It’s been 6 days, and no product- and no response to several emails. Phone number also doesn’t work

GBGreat Service. Super nice reps! Excellent transcription services for my many video files. The work is accurate and returned in a timely manner. Good value too. My only suggestion would be to standardize the file types that the work is done in. For example, I received both MS Word and Rich Text files - which were okay, but it would have been nice to have them all in MS Word. Also, the document formatting should be standardized too. My transcriptions appeared slightly different, even the MS Word files. This was not a problem per se, but again, it would be nice to have them all look uniform... particularly if one wants to paste the different transcripts together, as I did.
