I just wanted to communicate my… I just wanted to communicate my disappointment in the Transcript app. I uploaded an interview I did with a client and it returned with hundreds of errors and a handful of profane words. This gentleman has probably never uttered a bad word in his life, yet his transcription made him sound like a filthy, inebriated sports fan. I will delete the app from my phone and warn people against using Transcribe for their projects. I encourage Transcribe to enhance their AI and provide customers with a better user experience.

Not worth it my experience with the website wasn't bad at all. It was the results I got from my call being transcribed. Some things that I could hear in the call wasn't on paper. There were even some sentences that I could hear fine but on the transcript the sentences were completely wrong.

Excellent service and product My Transcribe account manager Taylor was extremely responsive and helpful via phone calls and emails. As a first-time customer, I was unsure of my company s server s privacy settings that prevented me from uploading the documents to be transcribed. Taylor helped me work around my server and was patient, helpful and persistent with new ideas until we successfully shared the file. And when Taylor knew she d be out of the office she introduced me to her colleague Brittany to ensure I was taken care of. Thanks! The 2-day turnaround verbatim files have been very helpful and are indeed verbatim. If/when we need another transcription, we will use Transcribe.com.

Expected more I had put in a message with the order, and was expecting minutes, rather than just a transcript of the audio. I expected a phone call for potential issues with the recording. No one contacted me to follow up on the audio nor on my "minutes" request, but the transcript was acceptable. There were several places that the transcript says "phonetic" or "inaudible" that a phone call could have settled.

First experience was good I have used Transcribe.com only once, but I was impressed. Delivered on time, with a transcription that was better than expected. I fixed a couple very minor things, but it was about 98% accurate. The transcriptionist had to make judgment calls regarding punctuation and extraneous terms, and did a very good job. One spelling was questionable, but it came with a note and time stamp in brackets as an indication that I should review closely. I appreciated that, and based on this one experience, I would use the service again.
