GBThe e-net shopping experience was OK The e-net shopping experience was OK, but during check-out I was given a $ amount as to what I owed, so, i arranged with my credit card company to pay that amount ... But, the total amount was actually more than I had arranged for, so, when your company tried to collect, my bank considered it as a fraudulent amount and would not allow the transaction to complete. Now, you lost a sale and I wasted my time spent on your web-site.

GBWonderful salesman awful service. Items still not here after almost 3 weeks! Ordered Anti-fatigue mats for Bike tech who desperately needs them. Mats still not here and it's been almost 3 weeks. That's unacceptable. I would like refund on the shipping.

GBHave been waiting for this order for 3 … Have been waiting for this order for 3 weeks. Continue to make excuses and delay shipment every time I check on the status of the order. Customer service is disorganized and not very helpful. Will be looking elsewhere for these products next time.

GBTHIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. MY ORDER CONFIRMATION SAID $27.89 WAS THE TOTAL, WITH FREE SHIPPING. THEN I GET AN EMAIL "RECEIPT" FROM E-RACKONLINE FOR $62.64. AFTER RESEARCHING, I FIND THAT E-RACK IS RELATED TO MATERIAL SOLUTIONS HANDLING. MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTIONS WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON THE EMAILED "RECEIPT". I CALLED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND WAS TOLD THAT THE DIFFERNCE WAS SHIPPING COSTS, WHEN I ARGUED, I WAS TOLD I HAD TO EMAIL ANDREW@E-RACKONLINE. SO, I DID, TELLING HIM I WANTED A SHIPPING LABEL FOR RETURNING THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE, HAD I KNOWN IT WOULD BE THAT MUCH FOR SHIPPING, I WOULD NEVER HAVE PLACED THE ORDER. HIS ONE LINE RESPONSE WAS "SORRY WE DON'T DO THAT THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER". SINCE, I HAVE FOUND COUNTLESS REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

GBI was so confused? I was so confused. I place my order and I wasn’t given a shipping total until 3 days later when I practically begged for it as I was emailing back and forth with someone. The total order was a little over $400 but the final shipping came to like $240 so I ultimately told him to cancel my order which he did. It’s seems like they have good stuff at decent prices but there business processes are very out of date.
