POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The salesman was given the dimensions… The salesman was given the dimensions of our opening, and I asked it the unit I was wanting to purchase would fit, and he said "it should", so I purchased the shelving unit to later fond out it would not fit. This company offered nothing to help. I'm stuck with a worthless shelving unit that will not fit in my space! I'll not make this mistake again!

Terrible Customer Service When you buy something, you cant find out how much the shipping is until you have already paid for it. They sent me the wrong part and expected me to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. Text back and forth for a week, with no results. Will never use them again.

A waste of time I called e-rackonline to check the availability of a forklift work platform, the salesman told me if I ordered the item that day, it would arrive to my shop in about 2-3 weeks. I purchased it online and 3 days later the "Accounts Manager" emailed me and told me that he canceled my order because there was a 6 month bank order on this item. I called him to see if he could find me another work platform and he said he would send me some information right over...that was 2 days ago...and now I get this email thanking me for my purchase...so now I have to go through the process of making sure my company doesn't pay for something were not going to get...

On 07/26/2022 I order a bin shelf price… On 07/26/2022 I order a bin shelf price was 381And some change or so it said out the door. Shipping was $0 never said it would be calculated later or added later or anything. So I thought it was a good deal. Clicked purchases and in a couple hours I get a email conformation of the purchase for $631. Besucase shipping was $250. I emediatly called to cancel they said they would take care of it. Next day I get a call from a sales person saying their is a 25% cancellation fee. I told him he was crazy. Anyway what he’s out for this comapany they get you on the freight and the problem is it doesn’t tell you shipping will be charged they just do it and your out 25% minimum if you cancel. Because I clicked on the purchase on $381.00 but never agreed to the shipping charge I will definetly be disputing this one.

Great Resource This website and this company have been ideal for our material handling needs. When we need a specifically sized load strap, I order it here and it comes within a week or two. Only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to get the quote. Once quote received and accepted process is quick and painless. Products are well made and better than expected in terms of quality.
