GBI had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when … I had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when the cabinets arrived the the 3 point locking rod assembly was missing on all 4 of the cabinets. Now I have 4 cabinets that I can do nothing with. I tried emailing customer service about my issue and have not received any email or information back.

GBGreat Resource This website and this company have been ideal for our material handling needs. When we need a specifically sized load strap, I order it here and it comes within a week or two. Only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to get the quote. Once quote received and accepted process is quick and painless. Products are well made and better than expected in terms of quality.

GBI sent a message through the website… I sent a message through the website portal requesting specific product information and have yet to hear back. About 2 weeks ago now. Perhaps they busy with existing customers and are not able to address potential new ones. Sending update as fair is fair... and diligent response is probably as important as the product being sold. As I cannot yet speak to the ordering and procurement process however their handling of this post gets a full positive reply. I will being reaching out via telephone.
