I could not be more disappointed!! I could not be more disappointed with this company! I ordered a month ago and they still have not shipped the products that I ordered. When I contacted them about what was going on they just passed the blame down the line and took no responsibility for the delay! I gave them a few more days to get it figured out or I will be requesting a full refund. At this point i feel like they just stole my money with no plans on sending me anything, I'm sure thats not the case but that's sure as hell how it feels!! I would recommend taking your business else where and order nothing from this company!!!!

Have been waiting for this order for 3 … Have been waiting for this order for 3 weeks. Continue to make excuses and delay shipment every time I check on the status of the order. Customer service is disorganized and not very helpful. Will be looking elsewhere for these products next time.

I had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when … I had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when the cabinets arrived the the 3 point locking rod assembly was missing on all 4 of the cabinets. Now I have 4 cabinets that I can do nothing with. I tried emailing customer service about my issue and have not received any email or information back.

The product was quality, lacked shipment tracking info. The product was quality. The biggest issue was: I didn't know where the product was, when it was shipped or predicted to be delivered. I,don't like leaving items on the front door. I contacted the seller about tracking information & got a tottly eronious answer with no follow up as indicated.

The e-net shopping experience was OK The e-net shopping experience was OK, but during check-out I was given a $ amount as to what I owed, so, i arranged with my credit card company to pay that amount ... But, the total amount was actually more than I had arranged for, so, when your company tried to collect, my bank considered it as a fraudulent amount and would not allow the transaction to complete. Now, you lost a sale and I wasted my time spent on your web-site.
