GBOne and half months after implementing… One and half months after implementing InfoTouch, a few minor glitches that are being supported in a professional manner at this time. I believe that different businesses bring other challenges to InfoTouch, which they are not afraid to take on and help modernize the system. Would like to see reports able to filter and query for more depth data. Would like to see InfoTouch work smoother with other accounting software, and for InfoTouch to offer other alternatives to merchant services. Overall great group of individuals to work with and excited on future use.

Their software, hardware and amazing support team have been an integral part of our meat processing, Sausage production, retail, wholesale and catering business for over five years. The ease of use and reliability of the POS system is fantastic. The software covers all facets of our business with the touch of a screen; from scheduling and time clocks to inventory and checkout. We are excited to continue our journey with Info Touch and their team for years to come as we continue to grow and look forward to expanding and upgrading our system in the near future.

GBBad technical support We was working with this software for more than 1 year and technical support is so slowly to attend your problem. You must first send an email and then they will contact you. They don't work on weekends so if you have a problem you have to have a plan B. In my case this weekend was large for the labor day I started with the "license problem" on 1th September and it's almost 10 am on the third day of September and nobody help me yet. I just received an apologize. Just imagine you can't open your store for 2 days just because you got a license error.......and you don't owe nothing.

GBA Solid POS Program with Good Support In initially choosing InfoTouch, our company found them to be honest and upfront about what their program could do and couldn't do for us. Our salesperson (Danny) spent as much time with us as needed to show us not only how the software works, but how it would work for our business. We have been using InfoTouch now 18 months as of this review and have no regrets. The register program has been easy to use and newbies pick it up pretty quickly. Back office usage works well. No software is perfect and any issues we have had have been quickly dealt with via their support. Support was friendly and helpful with our initial training and continues to be so as well.
