GBInfoTouch has provided excellent… InfoTouch has provided excellent customer service and tech support assistance in my first year with them. They've worked with me to provide many specialized features I've needed for my small butcher shop and store.

GBThe service representatives I deal with… The service representatives I deal with whenever I call are polite, patient and always have a solution. They call back when they say they will. Technicians walk with me through my concerns and are knowledgeable and listen thoroughly.

GBThey will abandone you. I have been installing Point of Sales Systems since 1995. Recently I had a customer who need to be upgraded to a current version of the software. The customer paid for their yearly subscription back on November of 2022. I should be valid till November of 2023. In July InfoTouch sent a expiration with a end of life for the version that my client was on. The software would shutdown and be unusable. They would not honor their subscription to November. Now the customer has been without a system for several month. I have tried to call many times. When I did get someone, I was told I would be called right back. No call back. They initially said that they would not update the customer. After some conversation and paperwork, they said that they would..... Nothing. They pretty much abandoned the customer and me as a dealer. They will not call back. This software is dated. It is very clunky. Don't buy. The software has changed hands and they have not done much to the functionality of the software for over a decade. T

GBInfoTouch’s crawl to success An in-depth review. Pros: 1. Infotouch has a lot of features that the more modern POS do not have. Straight and simple why we picked them. 2. Good touch screen support. 3. Has a ton of options and improvements that customers have asked for over the years 4. An American small business that is trying to improve. 5. Good chip card integration 6. Good technical support. Negatives 1. Terrible GUI look, needs modern rewrite 2. Small bugs and limitations on features that could be expanded. 3. It’s not a onetime cost, yearly fees which just reinforce the need of a GUI rewrite since is essentially a subscription service. 4. Software security is very dubious. Very hard to lockdown any computer without Infotouch stopping. You should be able to have firewalls enabled on all programs. POS are no exception.

GBI haven't been with infotouch on a one… I haven't been with infotouch on a one to one basis for long only about a year,(we had gone thru a second party for about 8 years) but Alden has been most helpful and is always quick to respond to my questions and I really appreciate that in a service. Here's to many more years together.
