USIts funny using this system for about 2… Its funny using this system for about 2 years. Anytime I need help tryng to get a hold of a live person is non existent, and if so they switch you over to a rabbit hole to someone who never answers. They always say sorry wrong dept will switch you over lol. I had to renew My license and followed the instructions on the screen to call and advisor for a code. No one there. Shortly after I did get an email with the code and seems to be ok for now. I emailed back to thank them , the repy was dont respond to us here . If you are used to awesome customer service stay away from this platform.

USI called my CC processing company… I called my CC processing company Worldpay to close my account. I was informed that I would have to go through InfoTouch. I have never had any dealing with InfoTouch. They did not sell me my pos equipment nor service same. Until this point I had never heard of InfoTouch. I suggest that they are crooked in their business dealings. Prove me wrong. You do not answer phone calls at any of your numbers or extensions.
