USBad technical support We was working with this software for more than 1 year and technical support is so slowly to attend your problem. You must first send an email and then they will contact you. They don't work on weekends so if you have a problem you have to have a plan B. In my case this weekend was large for the labor day I started with the "license problem" on 1th September and it's almost 10 am on the third day of September and nobody help me yet. I just received an apologize. Just imagine you can't open your store for 2 days just because you got a license error.......and you don't owe nothing.

USOut of State Set Up We had a very supportive team helping us set up the system. They responded to issues speedily and with professionalism. Considering that everything had to be done over the phone, they did an excellent job overcoming the geographic challenges. They would have had five stars except for the hours of availability: Theirs's is not a 24 hours support line. So any crisis that occurred outside of office hours did not receive their attention until the next business day. Otherwise, they were a great team, always very friendly and encouraging and I would definitely recommend them.

USWorking with InfoTouch has been a good… Working with InfoTouch has been a good experience. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their Tech Support isn't always available the exact moment you need help. With doing a lot of weekend hours with the POS machines, getting in touch with someone during that time is not very convenient, especially when you have customers waiting. Other than that, great company to do business with!

USA Solid POS Program with Good Support In initially choosing InfoTouch, our company found them to be honest and upfront about what their program could do and couldn't do for us. Our salesperson (Danny) spent as much time with us as needed to show us not only how the software works, but how it would work for our business. We have been using InfoTouch now 18 months as of this review and have no regrets. The register program has been easy to use and newbies pick it up pretty quickly. Back office usage works well. No software is perfect and any issues we have had have been quickly dealt with via their support. Support was friendly and helpful with our initial training and continues to be so as well.
