Disappointed in Buffer Disappointed in Buffer, I setup scheduled posts, some where posted, but if I chose to delete a post or move it to a different day, it was posted on both days. App doesn’t sync with the website unless you keep closing it down or refreshing the page. The also appear to have a lot of problems posting short 20-30 second videos to Instagram. Receive email saying post has gone, but it hasn’t. So I do not recommend Buffer as a reliable source to social media scheduling management.

I have just seen the reviews of Buffer… I have just seen the reviews of Buffer here in Trustpilot unfortunately. I paid the subscription and the product is broken. Sorry to be hard. I did not use the product for 1 year and when I asked to get a refund they said no. Poor product, poor customer support. Run away 🏃‍♂️ and use a better product. Don’t use Buffer in my opinion except you are okay to spend a lot of time to parameter the product and have a bad experience. Good luck and good bye Buffer ✌️

Full of bugs Full of bugs. Since months. So anoying when i try to plan posts by using time slots and the tool does not apply those times, probably because of badly set event Listeners. not worth the money in my opinion.

Scammers - unauthorised charges two years later Scammers. Signed up over two years ago, cancelled within a week or so as it wasn’t as good a tool as their rivals. Two years later I get a random charge for £148.99 from buffer. Unauthorised. Bunch of a parasite. The hassle I’ve had to go through to get a refund is unacceptable. Ultimately I’m having to speak with AMEX to force a chargeback. Scumbags.

Works well, but strange pricing model I love buffer and have been using the service for a long time. Our company has several different websites, which means several social profiles. It's great that we can keep them all in one place, however we have been unable to add a few of these accounts to Buffer because of the price increase. 3 stars because... We pay $15 per month for 8 social accounts, however if we wanted 9 or more (which we do), it's a huge price hike up to $99 per month!
