Constantly stuck in loading loops, "Oh no, we can't draft that post!", posts going immediately to drafts when it does work instead of to the queue or published immediately (mostly for Twitter -- it's been like this for months, even before the takeover).

ESI have just seen the reviews of Buffer… I have just seen the reviews of Buffer here in Trustpilot unfortunately. I paid the subscription and the product is broken. Sorry to be hard. I did not use the product for 1 year and when I asked to get a refund they said no. Poor product, poor customer support. Run away 🏃♂️ and use a better product. Don’t use Buffer in my opinion except you are okay to spend a lot of time to parameter the product and have a bad experience. Good luck and good bye Buffer ✌️

GBDealing with Buffer has been fantastic 10/10 Honestly dealing with buffer over the last couple of months has been fantastic. As a social media marketer for Verizon I have been able to use this for a variety of different projects and it really saves time, energy and stress. Small monthly payment is nothing compared to the hundreds of hours and dollars you would save! Great software that helped me so much here in the UK

GBTERRIBLE TERRIBLE - I can't even post because the UI is so bad. Waste of money. Also, their Get in touch button on the website does nothing so you can't contact customer support.
