CAWorst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced Like others that have posted in 2022, I am very unhappy with PostaProp's Service. I paid them for a year upfront to use the platform, and additional $300 to build a video ad and landing page for me. It took them 3 MONTHS to get my ad completed and took me emailing them over and over asking for a refund for them to finally get it done. During this time I wasn't provided access to the platform at all for my own use either. Over and over I was told they would reach out the next day, and over and over nothing happened for weeks. Once the ad was up and running, things were fine for a while. Cost per lead and the quality was decent. a few months, after a couple weeks of no leads, I realized the URL on my ad was no longer working. I turned off the ad off and emailed postaprop and they emailed back saying a ticket had been opened. That was 3 months ago....I emailed them 7 or 8 times and got a response once, which was "I'll be available Monday". Monday came and went, still nothing. Their lack of both communication and action is shocking given they want realtors to trust them. If we as Realtors treated our clients this way, we wouldn't be in business for long. I finally gave up and emailed them telling them to just forget it, and that I no longer wanted to work with them, and I didn't even get a response to that email. Brutal Service

GBPostAprop Stole from me On 1/30/2019, I wrote a review about the horrible service (non-service, frankly) I received from this company. Their response on 2/4/2019 was that I failed to use their service but that everything was set up correctly on their end. Lies! Anyway, I contacted the company several times between January and February to get a refund, and they refused. As is always the case, companies of this nature prey on consumers because they do not have the necessary tools to fight back. So, I told them to cancel my subscription and never to bill me ever. They told me my account has been cancelled, so I accepted my loss and moved on. Guess what? They never stopped! On 9/27/2021, I noticed a billing from this company AGAIN for $310.92. Can anyone imagine such an affront to business integrity? I called them about this and the fellow on the other end told me he would have to check this account get back to me the same day. He never did. A guy named Mike sent me an email on 9/27/21 stating "I found the charge and will have a refund processed today. We will send you confirmation soon". I have not received the confirmation or the refund as of 10/8/2021. Now, imagine that someone unlawfully takes (steal, really) money from you and you make them aware of this sneaky behavior. Is this the weak response you will expect? Nothing about apologies for stealing your funds, or our system misbehaved, or we apologise for this confusion or something to this effect. I am still waiting for action from the boss of this company but wanted to bring this to the attention of the users of this service. BEWARE!

GBGreat Capture Pages! Great Capture Pages! I am real estate agent and marketing consultant for other agents, and we have used this system for a year now, and had been able to create great Facebook Campaigns with very good results! PostAProp is great, it is a little hard to learn how to use it (and I am very tech-savvy) but, once you get a hang of it and watch ALL the training videos, things get a little easier, a great system without a doubt.

GBI ordered the Pro Plan I ordered the Pro Plan. My Facebook ad campaign from postaprop included a high quality video ad. The video production was excellent and highlighted the New Construction project I'm working on right now. The entire campaign is very professional. Consistent with my branding. GBBad experience! Please DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. If you choose to read the positive reviews, I get it, but don't ignore the negative ones before making a decision. I did, and I regret it. I did not have a good experience with this company from Day 1. Once I paid my money for the setup fee, they sent an email for my information. After that, I had to reach out to them for next steps over and over again. I asked for my money to be refunded because of how long it took to get my ad, the lack of training, and other issues. They refused.They said that they do not offer refunds and it is agreed to in the cart when you place your offer. So if there is an issue, don't expect to get your money back! IT TOOK A MONTH TO GET MY AD, and I have proof. The bad experience was documented in email after email, but they seemed more interested in defending themselves than making sure they had a satisfied customer. I was extremely disappointed, as I had read all of these glowing reviews. Long story short, they would not return my money, and did nothing to make the situation right. I do not recommend using this company. He ran the ad without my permission without having me set a budget or anything. One day, the ad was just running. I had not approved what was being put out there and there were misspellings on one of the ads. I would give 0 stars if I could...And yes I absolutely let him know that I would be giving a negative review and report to the BBB. It was not a threat. It was the reality of what I was going to do based on my experience that I have proof of, which is what this is site is for. Yes, if I pay someone over $300 and they treat me poorly or if I have a poor experience, they will know about it, and I will share it with others.
