Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced Like others that have posted in 2022, I am very unhappy with PostaProp's Service. I paid them for a year upfront to use the platform, and additional $300 to build a video ad and landing page for me. It took them 3 MONTHS to get my ad completed and took me emailing them over and over asking for a refund for them to finally get it done. During this time I wasn't provided access to the platform at all for my own use either. Over and over I was told they would reach out the next day, and over and over nothing happened for weeks. Once the ad was up and running, things were fine for a while. Cost per lead and the quality was decent. a few months, after a couple weeks of no leads, I realized the URL on my ad was no longer working. I turned off the ad off and emailed postaprop and they emailed back saying a ticket had been opened. That was 3 months ago....I emailed them 7 or 8 times and got a response once, which was "I'll be available Monday". Monday came and went, still nothing. Their lack of both communication and action is shocking given they want realtors to trust them. If we as Realtors treated our clients this way, we wouldn't be in business for long. I finally gave up and emailed them telling them to just forget it, and that I no longer wanted to work with them, and I didn't even get a response to that email. Brutal Service

Lead Campaign. My name is Donna Wortsman and I work for Signature Realty Associates. I specialize in new construction and postaprop created a new construction lead campaign for me targeting my area. The first lead came in within minutes and I got on the phone with the buyer. The company created outstanding graphics, ad and landing pages. Very happy with postaprop! I am a Qualifying Broker with Vision Home Team "R1 of NM" in Rio Rancho, New Mexico I have no FB experience so I had postaprop create an entire campaign for me with the Pro Plan. They created my FB page, several graphics, landing pages, quiz pages, and my entire Facebook ad. Today is day one and leads are coming in right now. Great Capture Pages! Great Capture Pages! I am real estate agent and marketing consultant for other agents, and we have used this system for a year now, and had been able to create great Facebook Campaigns with very good results! PostAProp is great, it is a little hard to learn how to use it (and I am very tech-savvy) but, once you get a hang of it and watch ALL the training videos, things get a little easier, a great system without a doubt.

Update on my previous review Update on my previous review. My landing page and everything else has disappeared. I only get an error page. It appears the last time they updated their own website was 2022. Looks to me like they've gone out of business. However, they've had no problem billing my account every single month. You don't continue to take money from customers after you've hit the road. I'm working with my credit card company to make it stop, I can't believe they have a website up there that continues to bring in new customers.
