Do Not Use PostAProp When I first started using PostAProp in November of 2021, they set my landing page up and customer service was prompt. They set up my Facebook ads. I got some leads. Then things went downhill. They stopped responding to issues I was having. The landing page wasn’t working anymore. I emailed, called. No response. They charged me for the annual plan in November of 2022 via PayPal and I disputed it and PayPal reimbursed me because PostAProp aka Kevin Wall did not reply or respond to the complaint. Who does that? I don’t even know if this company is in business anymore.

Expectations Exceeded..... After browsing Post-A-Prop's platform over an extended period of time, I decided to sign up for the Pro Plan. Having been in the real estate business for over 25 years, I have tried many marketing systems. Post-A-Prop has already far exceeded my expectations in terms of responsiveness, customer service, and ad quality! On a holiday weekend, Kevin worked tirelessly; immediately responding to every text, email, and phone call......amazing and so refreshing! In less than 30-minutes of ad setup, I received two leads!! Update on my previous review Update on my previous review. My landing page and everything else has disappeared. I only get an error page. It appears the last time they updated their own website was 2022. Looks to me like they've gone out of business. However, they've had no problem billing my account every single month. You don't continue to take money from customers after you've hit the road. I'm working with my credit card company to make it stop, I can't believe they have a website up there that continues to bring in new customers.

The postaprop Pro Plan has helped me… The postaprop Pro Plan has helped me setup an entire Facebook campaign with several ads and retargeting. The customer service goes the extra mile (Hello Kevin!) as they worked late (10:30PM) to complete my campaign. Great job with landing page and ad graphics. Very happy with first campaign and will look to do more in the future.

I am a Qualifying Broker with Vision Home Team "R1 of NM" in Rio Rancho, New Mexico I have no FB experience so I had postaprop create an entire campaign for me with the Pro Plan.
