ITVery bad service, Fraud alert! Runaway... Last November 2019, I joined to Commun.it service. I thought to try the "Business Plan", thanks to the possibility to ask for refund as posted on their web site "Start your 14-day unlimited FREE trial Today and SAVE. No obligation, no commitment". The conclusion? During the trial period, I was not satisfied with the service, thus I decided to ask for money back. I followed the right procedure to ask for the refund, but, evidently, they had absolutely no intention of fulfilling my request. As a consequence, I never got my refund! It's simply a fraud! Runaway!

GBI am going to report Commun.it to the … I am going to report Commun.it to the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau now. This business is deceitful and their business practices are aligned with theft. I signed up for their FREE 14-day service to try Commun.it for $120. They required my credit card in case I went beyond the 14 days saying they would not charge my credit card. Lies. They immediately charged my credit card. I tried to cancel and get my money back. They lied back and forth in written emails claiming they had refunded me but they were having problems with a third party accountant. Multiple times they claimed I was refunded. They never refunded me. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Commun.it responded with more lies to my credit card company. I am three months into attempting to get my money back. If you use this company, be prepared to lose money.

GBUnresponsive support tickets and service has gone downhill Like many others, I'm trying to cancel my account but haven't received any answer to my many support tickets. They don't let you have the option to cancel your subscription yourself, you have to send a support request in order to cancel. Because I have little to no confidence that they will actually respond to my cancel requests, I've had my bank to stop any automatic payments. My renew date is approaching soon, I hope that I won't be charged.

BEIn principal commun.it is a useful tool In principal commun.it is a useful tool, however the service is 2-3 days per month not available and requests remain unanswered. Though I subscribed for one year, I was asked 6 months later to pay again for one year, what I did in the hope that my account would be unblocked, but what did not take place to date.
